The WBG Staff Association’s Excellence in Leadership Award (ELA) is an annual honor that recognizes outstanding achievements of staff who exercise leadership skills in a variety of roles, regardless of grade level or contract type.

Staff are invited to submit a nomination for colleagues who they believe have displayed leadership qualities in any capacity.
